So I'm a PC gamer, but bought a wii a few months back. The last console I owned was a PS1 (and that was 3 years after it was released). So I have missed out on every Zelda since the SNES ones.

Twilight Princess is awesome. I'm only about 5 hours in, and collecting the 2nd set of tears, but I love it. I can't wait to beat this, and play Wind Waker, Majora's Mask, and Ocarina of Time.

So... kind of a pointless post, but, needed to let everyone know, that it rocks. :)

Perhaps its the WiiMote+Nunchuck controls, but I couldn't really get myself into playing TP for very long.

Ocarina of Time is a phenominal game. I never played Majora's Mask but from what I've heard it's not that great. Wind Waker was OK.

I played a lil' Twilight Princess but sold my Wii about 5 days after getting it. I'd like to play it again, I might have to buy another Wii "for my wife" to try it :p

I played the game when it first came out and thought the first few hours were pretty tedious. However, once I got to the Water Temple the game really began to get interesting. I sort of stopped playing it after that and have been thinking about going back ever since.

Which Zelda game are you talking about? Twilight Princess or.... all of them?

;)

I really enjoyed Twilight Princess as well. It was a lot of fun. Ocarina of Time is also amazing and similar since you asked.

Twilight princess was an awesome game. I thought the Wii controls were a huge step up form the GC controls especially the use of the pointer. It was the first game in a long time that really sucked me in and made me want to beat it.

I got Ocarina of Time bundled with my GC along with Wind Waker. My daughter and I played Wind Waker and loved it. The we put on Ocarina of Time and the graphics looked so crude in comparison to most 3D games we were used to playing (games current to the Game Cube or PS2). Plus it is missing the camera angle control IIRC. My daughter stopped playing it calling it a crappy game. She is pretty into console gaming for a young girl of 12 (at the time, 13 now). I tended to agree and we didn't get all that far in to Ocarina before putting it back in the case.

We got a Wii last Christmas and have only the sports and Mario Galaxy atm. Zelda: TP is definitely on our buy list sometime soon. It is a "signature" game for Nintendo and I hear at least one more Zelda game is in the works.
