Zappos > *

I wanted a new pair of running shoes, so my first though was to go to Zappos. They always ship my order at LEAST two-day shipping (even though there's free shipping on everything), and I've been upgraded to overnight for free on numerous occasions.

But, a problem. I wanted a pair of Asics Gel-Trekker shoes, but they were cheaper at Onlineshoes.com ($59.99). Zappos had them for $75.95 (~$15 cheaper).

No problem with Zappos price protection policy: I ordered the shoes from Zappos, and then called 'em up. I gave them the URL for the cheaper shoes, the nice CSR verified the stock, and then credited my order for $17.56 (110% of the price difference). Plus, she upgraded me to two-day shipping.

Always your best bet for shoes online. At least as solid as NewEgg.

I've been contemplating ordering my next pair through them but I'm having reservations about guessing what my size might be when I switch between brands.

wow, they have my shoes for $5 more than the new balacne store.... but they do have something i can't find in the stores.. might just have to get it.
