never heard of him till this happened, but they showed some footage of him in a race from a few years ago on ESPN and he was way behind a guy, and he took a shortcut across some grass and dirt and totally blew past this other guy and got the win. Looks like this accident was entirely his fault though. At least he has a lot of money and should still have a long life ahead.

did you ever see the commericial with the 2 race car drivers walking up to the portapotty, and they go

"after you"

"No, after you"

"Thank you"

and the one goes in and the other locks him in it? The guy who gets locked in is Alex Zanardi

i remember when my favorite car driver died in a crash.. Ayrton Senna was IMHO the best driver in racing.. I am half brazilian and lived in brazil for a long time.. he was as popular as you can get there.
