From reviews on this model, it seems like a great PSU for 119$ and free shipping. Can one purchase a better PSU for this price?

It seems to have good efficiency, but does it run a bit warm maybe?

I'm assuming at least the same wattage... Probably not for modular. For non-modular, you can get "as good" units for less (depending on deal of the day).
