I'm gonna try one of these out soon... looking for a shop that has the shorter NB32J cooler, Sunon 40mm maglevs and L1BX 92mm Panaflo all in stock so I can place a meaningful order. I think one'll fit w/o whacking my vid card thanks to the adjustable mounting arms. I'll follow up with a report if I do this...

I picked up the K8n Diamond for cheap (my supplier made a pricing mistake - that's the SLI version in the US with some extra bits).

I was wondering if anyone had tried it on either of these as well. BTW, I do not plan on using SLI.

I don't know about the compatibility - but it did fit the VIA chipset on my old Asus A7V266-E board. It wasn't too hard to install, but it was hard to align because it was "double-jointed" with the pivoting screws. One annoying thing is that it doesn't sit tight on the board. It's held in place by springs, but they're weak enough you can grab it and lifted it straight off (and let go and snap it back).
