Zalman CNPS7000A-ALCU and A64 mobos

i bought this HS/F for my 2.8c and it has been amazing, helping me achieve a good o/c for almost a year i think. but as i am hoping to move to the A64 soon, i wanted to use this again. The Zalman is compatible with the A64 but i can't seem to find any compatibility info on mobos it may have problems with? any help appreciated...
