That's not balls, it's stupidity. I doubt his "Allah is great, kill the infidels" courtroom strategy will get him anything but a hot chair.

I am sure though that this action on his part was only brought about by the way we have tortured him so it will be discounted.
 
His strategy is to be recognized as a martyr, rather than the murdering, hateful malcontent that he and his ilk actually are.

Why does the article say the above as if it was bad? To me, not interacting with the other prisoners while taking a shower is a good thing.
