Z68p-ds3 with 32 gb ram issue

Ram corsair - 1600 32 gb (4x 8gb)
VGA Card GTX 550ti EVGA
Power supply 600w Tharmaltake
HDD WD 500gb Blue

This is my system config. If i put 16GB (2x8GB) ram System running fine but i put 32 GB(4x8GB) system very slow , Anybody help me please

Obvious answer is to check to see if your mobo can even handle 32
