Did you install the latest Bios? Also try running the memory at 1333mhz.

Also does it pass Memtest86?

This happened with early Core2Duo motherboards, when installing 8GB (4x2GB) of RAM. It turned out to be a BIOS bug, it wasn't setting the MTRR's in the CPU properly, so some/all of the RAM was uncached.

I have exactly the same problem Gskill Ripjaws Series 32gb ddr3 1333mhz (4x8gb) this is what I've found so far

The problem only affects Windows, I have tested this in my mac side and it's running perfectly fine

If I unplug my GPU meaning only running the integraded HD3000 graphics works fine all 32gb

If I take out one of the 8gb modules leaving 24gbs, all runs fine

Changed Power Supply to more capacity (850 Watts ) - same situation
Change motherboard to Gigabyte Z68ap-D3 - Same situation

To me it seems it's a bios problem with all z68 chipsets on gigabyte boards but since not a lot of people have 32 gbs it's hard to find someone who can help narrow and pinpoint the problem

!!!Solved!!!!
After weeks of trying and buying new parts, I found out the culprit, it seems that the integrated graphics on the Intel cpus have problems when 32gb are installed, all you have to do is De activate the integrated graphics in your bios and your good to go!!

Hope it helps now we go and enjoy our 32gbs of RAm XD
