z560s or Promedia 4.1s?

Well, if you don't mind the refurbished speakers, go with the ProMedia 4.1 speaker system. If you're against overpowering and over-extended bass, stay away from the Z-560 speaker system. I don't think the highs and mids from the Z-560s sound bad, I just favor the sound reproduction from that of the ProMedia 4.1s.

Hmm... is it really that overpowering or can I just turn it down a bit?
 
Yeah, the 641's sub is really huge, but I'd say that the *footprint* isnt much bigger than the one of the z560 (I have it, heh) or Promedia 4.1... plus its long and thinner shape is easier to "store away" than a square shaped one, IMHO.
