Just curious; do we know anything about the 200-series with regards to overclocking the i7-7700 Kaby Lake?
I'm planning to build a new comp soon-ish. So with Black Friday coming up in the near future I'm wondering if I should try to get a cheap Z170 board (since those will be compatible with the Kaby Lake). I've read that the new 7700 will supposedly be easier to overclock, but do we know if it will in fact be easier on a new 200-board compared to the old Z170? Or has this only to do with the CPU itself?
Another factor to consider is the teething problems that a new mb series usually entails. Z170 has been around for a while and has presumably matured and become more stable.
As always, opinions and speculations are welcome.
