Yup, we're addicted....

I'm posting from dialup, right now. If I were working (like I'm scheduled to Christmas day), I would be posting from a T1. There's two incentives to go in to work. But, alas, I refrain. I'm calling in sick. Family comes first.

Yeah, I'm addicted. I'm wide awake at 5:33am, posting on AT (as a subscriber), watching my SETI program chug away for the cause against DSLReports and their challenge to Anandtech, talking to Dedpuhl helping him set up his three computers to run SETI for AT's challenge. 🙂

Yeah...sorry, you did it to yourself. 😎 If I had to work 13 20 hour days in a row without overtime during the Haiti op's you can work Christmas without Holiday pay.
 
I'm only on because I had to get up early and start Christmas dinner. Why I have to get up at 5 a.m. to prepare a meal that'll be eaten at 5 p.m. is beyond me, but that's usually how I do it.

Well I am getting holiday pay today as well as vacation pay. 🙂 I am posting because we are between people unwrapping.
 
Thats what im saying... what is alabama known for? football...? oh yeah the blue gray game is played downtown today... whats that i have tickets for free... whats that oh i have to work... watch it on tv.. oh yeah its blacked out here..... well thats ok.. i think tnt is showing SPEED for the 50th time this week

Just another person making money while posting on AT. Mmmm... 2x holiday pay plus 1.5x overtime for the week. Nothing sweeter than that. Thanks to you guys for making sure I won't be bored this Xmas. 🙂
 
What else are we going to do? Some of us aren't with family, and those of you who are are probably happy to have some time away. TV sucks. And for many of us salaried old-timers, this is a paid holiday. So we don't even have to be at the office to be getting paid to sit around in pj's writing inane things to people we don't really know.
 
I'm not addicted I just really don't have much else to do... 😱 OK FINE, maybe I COULD be doing something else... 😱 OK FINE I'M ADDICTED!
