2) I am going to order anywhere from 3-5 toppings. I am impartial to Ham, Mushroom, and Olives. What other two toppings would you suggest?

Ham and pineapple if you're feeling original. It's mindblowing. 😀

Otherwise, I'd say Pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms

Same here, this is my 2nd order with them I like that garlic butter stuff. Yummy greasy fingers, all the better to ... oh nevermind 😉

Anyhow I wonder if they have CHICKEN as a choice? I was thinking of:

Ham
Veggies

What 3 veggies would go good with ham and chicken?
 
WTF is up with pepperoni? I like it but it seems that EVERYONE suggests that. Oh well I might include that.

I don't really like chicken period, pizza or not. It's just too dry and tasteless most of the time.

Unless it's deep fried...mmm...I am a true southern boy. 😀

Green Peppers
Mushrooms
Black Olives

I found a list of Papa John's toppings on their web site now I just gotta wait 45 - 60 mins and explain why I don't have the $10.99 coupon, hehe anyone got any good excuses? I do have OTHER coupons but not the $10.99 coupon.
 
You guys big fans of Papa John's? I'm not huge into any of those fast pizzeras.. I'm more of an old school guy, I like the nice 18 inch pizzas from the local italian stores.. But hey, I won't turn down Papa John's. 🙂 go simple with extra cheese and pepperoni. 🙂
 
Well I decided to order the King Athur Supreme from Round Table pizza

Italian sausage,
Italian dry salami,
linguica,
mushrooms,
green peppers,
yellow onions,
and black olives.

Proudly baked with fresh, whole milk mozzarella, provolone and cheddar cheeses on our Zesty Red Sauce (shrimp & anchovies available upon request).

Yum.
