"was on road-trip tonight when I stopped at MacDonald's location right off I-78 on Route 22 in Phillipsburg, NJ. My experience at that location began when there was a line with dozen people only one person taking orders. When time finally approached to take my order, it was announced there is no fries available. Employee who was taking order had dirty MacDonald's uniform and black dirt under his nails. Food area from what I observed from the counter is dirty as well, frenchfries and papers on the floor. No ketchup available, instead of napkins roll of toilet paper. My daughter began eating chicken nuggets and spit it out they were dry and disgusting. I noticed the manager or supervisor on duty was wearing jeans and sweatshirt in food area completely inappropriate. If I was health inspector I would shut down that location immediately, than we were asked to leave cause they didn't have enough employees to run the for the rest of the night. This more than disaster experience in 21st century in such respectable fast food chain as macdonald.

Pretty much any fast food place in Phillipsburg is a hellhole, because there are a lot of scummy people that live in Phillipsburg - most of them concentrated in one area, the projects. The sit-down restaurants are much nicer though, they expect their employees to at least be presentable.
 
Email them, cut and paste what you wrote in your OP.

Leave your name, tele, addy in the buttom of the email,
and wait till you get free stuff, then you wont be biznitching about it again.

Their corporate office are cheap bastards they mailed me two coupons for large french fries
 
That story is scared and makes me want ot not eat at MacDonald's in Phillipsbufg. No way in time should dirty unifored people be working the counter place. If you cupons arent happy you should write another letter and tell that the reply is not accpetable and you want a reimburse for your meal and your dauther's meal.
 
The fact that a person who does not have the mental capacity for proper grammar, nay to make simple paragraphs even, has somehow managed to "have children", i.e. reproduce, makes me weep for the future. :thumbsdown:🙁

I went through one of their drive-thrus once, and the drink cup split at the seam and leaked all over my car. I called their consumer relations dept., and they reimbursed me to have my car detailed.
