Sure, there is some sexual connotation there, but you're only gonna see that if you're looking for it.

You guy's need to spend less time surfing for porn and more time in the real world.

99.9% of people over the age of 13 would think the same exact thing when seeing this commercial. Even if your mind isn't particularly dirty, the commercial is direct. Like it takes out it's wiener and slaps you across the face with it, leaving you with a face full of mustard spooge. Ok...well my mind is dirty anyways.
