Youtube videos skipping

Hi everyone, I've been having this problem with Youtube videos for a few weeks now. Whenever I have more than 7 or so tabs open of various websites, Youtube videos skip. If I have 2 or more Youtube videos open, then its worse. I've checked what programs I have open and running but could not find anything. The add-ons are also up to date. Not sure what could be causing this.

Here are my specs:

AMD Athlon X4 635
Gigabyte 880 GA-UD3H
4GB RAM
SSD
Radeon 7850 2GB
Seasonic 520W

Just updated the OP with the specs.

For the CPU I get between 24C-28C on normal use. For GPU I get between 28C-45C on normal use. When gaming, it goes to upper 40s I believe but I haven't checked it in a while.

Sounds like software problem, can you check no other process is eating all the CPU while this is happening?

Are you using Chrome? Try chrome.
 
Could you explain "skip"?

It could mean two things...

As in, you get like 0.7 FPS,
...or they literally skip to the end of the video without your control?

I've seen both problems.
 
Try to play a YouTube video on another browser with no add-ons and see if the problem continues.
