I have a problem with computers running on a 6/1 Mb connection, both stutter when trying to play on youtube. The computers play them fine on other networks. When I go to this page

the http speed fluctuates between 0kpbs ~ 400kps

What can I do?
 
change your dns - it will change your CDN usually and if that CDN and route-path is better you will get better results.
