Youtube just went down

For a long time youtube's bandwidth has been so bad it's hard to tell the difference between it being up and down. Basically the only time I can watch a video real-time without pausing to let it buffer is if it's music with little in the way of changing images.

It's pretty awful on a phone too... even with a decent 3G connection, it seems like videos just stop loading halfway. :|
