I didn't know where to put this topic so apologize if this is in the wrong section . As the topic title says, I think I have a bug on my account that I can not seem to solve. I tried google searching and no one seems to be having a similar problem. So I'm not sure if its my end or youtubes end. As everyone(?) knows there is a limit on youtube where members can only save 500 videos. I have reached that limit and have sucessfully deleted at least 40 videos from my account. However on the main menu screen it video count seems to always read 501 videos saved. No matter how much i delete it always says 501. Because of this I can not save anymore videos. Is anyone else exping the same problem?

Why don't you, like, try asking YouTube. You're aparently better than most people because you're actually making the effort to try to find out yourself instead of shotgunning a question onto a forum for a completely unrelated website (YouTube and Anandtech), but you're not actually going back to the source of the problem which ... really puzzles me.

If you have a problem with YouTube, ask YouTube.

Most big websites never reply to individual customer problems, he's just looking to see if anybody else has a similar problem. Get off hits nuts, man.

Removing videos goes to a deleted item folders? I never knew that. This could be the reason. However I don't see a deleted or say... recycle bin folder. Can you point to where i can find this deleted items folder? You would think they would leave the folder at where your other folders are at.

wow, if there is a recycle bin somewhere in youtube then its gotta be so obscurely hidden, like they did it purposely. There's just no place else to look.
