Red Dufus: You'll be eating your words in about a year if Gore is elected. Yeah paying $3.00 a gallon for gas sounds like fun because he wants to play God and rid the world of the internal combustion engine. And have to wait 3 weeks for a federal permit so I can plant a tree in *my* lawn. All this from a guy who claims he invented the Internet, even someone with as little mental capasity as you should know this is a bunch of crap. I never said Bush was my hero, but this the USA, so what if we get into a million armed conflicts, we are the most powerful nation on the face of the earth. As The Rock would say: "Just bring it."

The reason why their won't be $3.00 gas prices with Bush is because he isn't a Tree-Hugging-Greeney. I don't have a BMX bike either you fool, it is a DIRTBIKE a DIRTBIKE. PS, can you afford color film yet Jerky?

Oh yeah, I'm glad you spend most of your LIFE on Anandtech and watching the debates on TV... It will keep you from BREEDING.

I'm Typing,

I don't know what "corporate welfare" is specifically so I can't comment.

Vouchers, I'm against. However, something has to be done to reel in the NEA and make teachers more effective. Granted, kicking some parents in the arse would go a long. I live in upstate NY. Living costs up here are relatively moderate. In my school district the average salary for a teacher is over $56K. That's average, so young one's are making less, older ones more. $56K with summers off and every holiday ever invented!! Don't anybody tell me they're underpaid. Personally, I lived in the LA area for 6 years and think winters sukk. I'd give my proverbial eye tooth for summers off.

..and overworked. Ours is a very well rated school district but my kids get little or no homework. Why? Because teachers don't want to work to correct them. One day that my wife went into class to help out, my son's teacher had her correcting homework not helping the kids. What a bunch of crap.

Just another reason I'm a Republican. Although, personally, I think the 2 party system is a conspiracy. The Dems and Reps drink, eat and sleep together and decide who is going to be a jerk on which issue because if any one party got their $hit together the other party would be voted out of existence. And neither party wants that. Then they wouldn't be able to sustain their egos, salaries, patronage jobs and other corruption.

Red Dawn,

Why is it all you can do is change people's name around and call them an idiot? Stickhead had it right, at least you spend your whole day here on offtopic, instead of breading, not that that would probaly be possiable!
