I have an Aopen PG128 PLUS
4meg AGP2x, S3 trio chipset
Doesn't use IRQ
Looked in device driver, don't see any IRQ,
only addresses.
Really strange, so what are advantage of this?

wow that really sucks. are you sure there isnt a way to enable it in the bios? no IRQ on a AGP port is just plain stupid
 
The G200's DO use an IRQ, but if you disable it your 3d performance will hurt really badly...

But it will otherwise work fine...

Otherwise though, that information isn't really amazing at all. Old video cards didn't need/use one. It wasn't until the high performance 3d cards came around that they started using them...
 
Savage4 don't need one either. Do you reckon if I assign an IRQ in the BIOS that performance could increase?
