And after the interview is over, a key thing for before the interview and afterwards is a good handshake, right? What happens if I have 'too firm' of a handshake?

well as long as you did`nt pick your nose before the handshake you`ll be fine

What if the interviewer had handled ass pennies at some point during the day, then didn't wash their hands? Hmmm? :D

Please shake with a normal amount of pressure. There is no need to "outgrip" the interviewer.

I'm pretty crertain you have not seen this skit... :D

The guy who bought my old car had a handshake that would crush rocks. I dont know what it was about him but he would squeez my hand, seemingly as hard has he could.

I hate people like that--just shake hands with a normal grip; it's not that difficult a concept.
