Your Views on my gonna-be new Config

Hi Guys....

well....i just finished deciding my new Config....it is as follows:

CPU - AMD X2 5200+ (2.7 GHz)
Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-MA770-DS3 AM2+/AM2 AMD 770 ATX
Graphic card - Palit HD 4850 512MB GDDR3
400GB Seagate Hard Disk SATA
2GB Transcend DDR2 800 MHz
Zebronics Bijli with 500W SMPS
LG 19" W1942S

and my budget is on a tighter side....INR 35,000. Please do give ur suggestions on this...and let me know if u have a better config in mind....

I have no grasp of how much your components should cost in rupees and I doubt most here do, which makes it tough to give recommendations. Is there a particular website you're buying from?

Yeah I need to know how much USD that equals..Depending on what you are looking for that system may be fine..or it may not be quite good enough. To give some general comments however, I do love gigabyte mobo's...I always suggest spending a few extra bucks to get better more reliable products..I have never heard of that PSU before..Corsair is a great brand if you want to change. The monitor should be fine..LG is a good company..but I don't know how they do on computer monitors. For the RAM..YOu can never go wrong with G. Skill..stuff is gold.

You'll do good with that 4850 on that 19" ...the AMD may not be fast but some mild overclocking above 3Ghz will do you some good - it did me when I had my FX60... and I'm still testing my Opteron 170 😀

Yeah G-Skill is also one of the good brands....

A case and PSU combo that cost less than a Corsair 450VX combined? I don't trust it any farther than I can throw it. I'll bet even money that thing fails on you.

Ohh..yesss....it is Zebronics without the SMPS.....INR 1800 and the SMPS is for about CoolerMaster RS-500-PCAR Extreme Power 500W for INR 2650..😀
