Uh, its a bit on the bland side.

For me, its:

1) Italian
2) Japanese
3) American

Sushi is still my favorite food, though.

how's it bland?? what've you eaten?
 
in order:

korean => specifically sootbul gui, like galbi, neng myun, pa kimchi, yungun, dukkbokki
japanese => okonomiyaki, monja, sushi, gyuu/tori don, any EKI MAE BENTOU, any nabemono, nattou to gohan
french => haut cuisine

a 4th would be any greek/mediterrean food, also not excluding lebanese and armenian foods. (i love hummus (the spicier the better), swarmas, tarnas, gyros, souvalakis, etc.)

a 5th would be mexican (authentic, not clone food)
