Your shoes with shoestrings.

I don't. But then again I've got ridiculously narrow feet and halfway slide out of most shoes anyway..

wow, surprised at how many people are too lazy to tie and untie their shoes. I couldn't imagine walking around with shoes loose enough to slide on and off, would drive me nuts.

Kind of hard for me to untie them.

I untie my shoes unless I'm exhausted or drunk. But if your shoes come off easily without being untied, you're missing one of the key principles involved in tying your shoes. If I'm being chased by a grizzly, I don't want my shoe flying off because of haphazard laziness.

Read poll question first before post question.

I don't untie them when taking them off, but do untie them before putting them on.

Depends on the pair of shoes. Some being too tight to take off, resulting in having to untie them first.
Some of my more urban streetwear kicks are snug but not too tight enough that I don't really have to untie them a whole lot when taking them on/off.
