No, the test goes strictly by clock speed. A higher clock speed will get you a higher score.

This is the most inaccurate test ever. It's telling me that my PC is slower than 30%, however, I have a better proc, more RAM, and better video card than people who are in the top 10%
 
Just ran the test and it's still not showing the correct info on 8800series of cards. I thought they would've updated their database by now. It also doe'snt score me because of this I guess.
