definitely apache...

dont use IIS... That thing has tons of security bugs and will take you a long time to patch everything up and make it secure...
 
If it's on XP or 2000, I'd use IIS, but that's just me. My websites aren't mission critical. Heck, my life doesn't even have a mission!! 🙂
