Aside from what you said the big things I look for are:

Open-minded and willing to try new things
Enjoys life and laughs a lot
Affectionate and likes kids
Independent

Yeah they're cheesy but my perfect girlfriend would likely be my wife, so stuff like this is important if I am to spend the rest of my life with her.

I am glad I no longer have to worry about looking for a mate. It was terribly annoying. Words of advice that I found to be true:

I really don't believe in creating and "ideal" girlfriend image.

IMO it will cut down your chances of meeting the perfect mate. If you are open to all sizes, shapes, colors, etc. you're more likely to find the perfect one than if you discount them off the cuff based on looks or first impressions alone.

Pretty damn close, yeah.
The only think I would add to that is that she has to be able to open up too. I have a hard time trusting somone with myself who wont trust me in the same way.

 
as people said before, honesty. I don't care if you screw up once in a while, we all do. Just tell me, and let me have enough confidence in you to not just think, but KNOW that you regret it.

Needs to have some amount of common sense to survive on their own. I can't beleive the amount of people (male and female) who lack this. I don't wanna have to be the one keeping you alive, I can't be life support to a vegitable 😉

Someone who is your best friend who you can sit around and do nothing and still have fun. I'm especially attracted to shy girls or really nice girls that most people think are boring. Girls that are humble who are a little conservative who it takes to the point where she thinks you're the one before she has sex with you. She has to be fun and smart and be able to hang out with my friends and be able to take a d1ck joke. I had this discussion with a friend of mine and we decided all we want is an alright looking girl whos really really cool and doesn't care about bullsh1t and gives you your space. The final thing is that we make each other better. We're able to help each other through tough situations and be better people because of each other...I think that's it...I'm picky

Oh yeah, a sense of humor is huge too cuase i make lots of dumb subtle references and retarded comments that most people don't pick up on and i'm sarcastic as hell...

My girl is kind of like this except for the fact that she flirts with EVERYONE and you know she would never cheat on you but it drives you absolutely nuts.
