If a site was selling computers what would you rather see. More options and ways to let you choose what stuff you want on the computer, but at a higher price. Or, a fully loaded computer but at a cheaper price.

I'd say I'd like to be able to pick out what I want but I'd pay no more than 100 dollars.

dude, just look at the differences in sales/customer satisfaction of companies like dell/gateway/quantex/micron/whatever when compared to companies like hp/compaq/whatever. you have your answer right there. people want customizations, people want individualized solutions, people want what suits them, not something they have to settle for.
