I'm always amazed at how far we've come in such a short time. One of my favorite tasks at work is setting up high-end workstations & mobile workstations for power-user DCC clients. The latest gadget is an HP Z9 laptop:

Specs:

* 16-core CPU with 5ghz Turbo Boost
* 64 gigs of RAM (max 128 GB)
* 24 GB Video Card
* Gen4 PCIe NVME Boot SSD drive (7,000 MB/s+)

For WFH projects, they have 22TB single-drive USB storage:

If it's available in the area, Google Fiber offers 2-Gig fiber for $100/mo & includes a mesh Wi-Fi 6 router: (9.6 Gbps max theoretical)

We've gone from TROS to 8TB NVME SSD's the size of your finger in less than 50 years!

How about some CCROS?

It really is crazy how far computer storage has come. Pretty sure you can get 1TB micro SD cards now. 1TB on something the size of a finger nail is just mind boggling. To think that 20 years ago we were using mostly floppies for removable storage and not only were they around 10x bigger physically, but also like 1.44MB.

Come on, 2002 almost everybody had at least a cd-rom drive.
Teac had a 40x recorder by 2002.

Here is a picture of my grandfather, after winning a motorcycle race. The picture was taken in El Salvador, in (I'm guessing) the early 50's.

I've been using Depositphotos for a while now to source high-quality images for my golf-related projects, and I'm impressed with the selection and quality of their images. What I appreciate most is the ability to choose a golf clubs vector image that perfectly fits my needs. This has been invaluable for my business, as I can easily find the right image to accompany my content without spending hours searching.Overall, I highly recommend Depositphotos to anyone who needs high-quality images for their golf-related projects. The ability to choose a golf clubs vector image is just one of the many ways the platform makes it easy to find the perfect image for your needs.
