I've got a few, but since no one has named Almost Famous yet I'll throw it out there. I love that movie. It has everything... even a little action!

Probably Dumb & Dumber has been watched the most in the past. Se7en would be up there since its my favorite film. But i dont think ive watched it as many times as D&D.

Since having kids my movie watching time has *really* been dimished. I just really don't have time to watch a lot of "Daddy" movies. Just a lot of kids stuff with a few of my own when I get a couple hours at night and don't have to be up early the next day...which is never with kids that are up at 6:00 🙁

That being said...Kung Fu Panda is one of the few kids movies I can watch over, and over, and over again and still be entertained each time.
 
Blues Brother, i'm not *exactly* sure but it's either 153 or 154 times. i had the VHS (copied off TV) and used to watch half every night until the car chase to chicago, then the other half in the mroning before school. and i got to counting and telling my classmates. i also dressed like Elwood. (Elwood has white socks, Jake has black)

Next is The Rocky Horror Picture Show as when i was in college in Boston i'd go to weekly sing-along nights at the Loews theatre near harvard square. (50~ish times)

lately it's gotta be Charlie Wilson's War, i love the "my loyalty" scene SPH does in that film.

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. I watch it at random sometimes and we have a tradition of watching it the day after Thanksgiving. I've watched it probably 50 times and it is still golden.

Every time I found the original NL's Vacation while channel surfing I had to watch it. Enjoyed it every time.
