My typical M-F:
6:30 - 7:30 AM: Get up. It varies (I should get up no later than 6:30 but I go to bed too damn late).
7:30 - 8:30 AM: Leave for work.
8:15 - 9:15 AM: Arrive work.
5:00 - 6:30 PM: Leave work. It varies depending on when I arrived.
6:00 - 7:30 PM: Arrive home. Get on computer, check YouTube subscriptions, browse ATOT for a bit.
9:30 PM: Eat while watching a movie or video. After eating, more browsing Internet, watching movie/video, or gaming.
1:00 - 2:30 AM: Bed.
Pathetic schedule, I know. Also, I need to get more sleep.

Yesterday, which was fairly typical:
5:00am wake up
5:30 head to work
all day: work work work. Well... work (nef) work (nef) work.
5:30pm arrive home, spend time with Dirigikids, feed them dinner
7:30 get bath for Dirigikids, get their jammies on, read them stories, get them into bed
8:30 Dirigikids are finally in bed. Clean up house, take shower
9:00 get into bed, read for about 15-30 minutes, get sleepy, fall asleep

Typical day:
5:40 - Wake up, shower, get dressed for work
5:55 - Get water boiling for coffee
5:56 - start getting breakfast rounded up for son
6:05 - Press coffee, pour a cup for me, get a travel mug poured for wife
6:06 - Wife brings son downstairs and I get his shoes and coat on
6:10 - Get son in car, give the wifey a slap on the ass and a smooch as they leave
6:11-6:35 sportscenter, reddit, drink coffee
6:36 - start getting daughter up and ready for school
6:45 - daughter comes downstairs hopefully dressed and I make breakfast for us
6:46 -7:17 I is a continous prodding to get my kid to actually eat a breakfast
7:18 - start getting shoes and coat and backpack rounded up to take daughter to bus
7:22 - Get daughter in car and drive to bus stop
7:30'ish Bus picks up daughter and I head in to work
7:45 - 4:15 I work
4:15 - leave work and go pick up daughter
5:00 - Get home start making dinner
5:15 wife gets home with son
5:30 - 6:00 dinner
6:00 - 7:30 - playtime/bath/bedtime routine
7:45 - exercise/watch a movie/play video games/bottle of wine and chill with wife
9:45 - start the bedtime approach and sexy time
10:30 - hopefully starting to sleep...
repeat...
