The Marie Callendar frozen Chicken Pot Pies are actually pretty darn good and the best frozen ones I've had.

Oh LORD...memories. I used to love them, but at some point must have over-eaten with them or something...at some point I couldn't stand them any more. Also..what comes to mind "Chef Boyardee"...lol

Do Bertolli's frozen skillet "meal in a bag" count?

Same idea as a TV dinner, but you just dump it in a skillet for 10 minutes. Meat's already cooked, you're basically just melting the frozen butter & sauce and using that to cook the noodles. I've been working on replicating the ones I like with ziploc bags & ice cube trays (for the sauce) with pretty good results. These suckers are $8.99 a bag, cost like a buck or two to make myself!

wow.. a veggie lasagna that actually looks edible.

Stouffer's actually makes really amazing frozen meals. I lived next to one of their factories for a brief period of time & would bulk-buy their local discounted stuff (this was long before I learned how to cook). Wasn't like "fast food" at all, it was closer to something your grandma made & froze for you, really really good-quality frozen food.
