Not one mention of M.A.S.H or the Carol Burnette show....shame on all of you :)

Trapper John MD

Should have mentioned The Carol Burnett Show indeed as I watched it religiously. Ditto for Hee Haw. As for M.A.S.H., saw the movie at the cinema and loved it. Hated the show because I can't stand Alan Alda for some reason. It's like I love the Bob Newhart Show, except for Bob Newhart. So they're not listed amongst my favourites.

No MASH for me. Too many helicopters.

And let's not forget the original Tonight Show with Johnny Carson (and Karnac the Magnificent)

Johnny Carson was not the original host of The Tonight Show. That honor went to Steve Allen, who was followed by Jack Paar, and then Johnny Carson.

But yeah, I grew up with Johnny Carson and to me he personified the show.

Come one, there's no way you watched the Partridge Family, but didn't watch the Brady Bunch. :p
Weren't they back to back, 7pm, 8pm on Fridays or something like that? (Partridge Family 2nd.)

70's
Kung Fu
Star Trek TOS

80's
Magnum PI

I didn't watch much TV too busy playing outside back when it was safe for kids.

It is still safe for kids. But the media makes you think there is a pedobear on every corner, so parents get scared and lock there kids away LOL. If i had kids they would be outside as much as i was.
