Not shown in the pohl but my favorite is custard and I have not seen one in years. 🙁

boston cream really isn't pie.. it just calls itself that.

my favorite is a peanut butter pie.. you bake a pie crust, then put a mix of melted chocolate chips and confectioner's sugar I think.. a melted chocolate mixture on top the crust and chill it.. then you melt some peanut butter and brown sugar and... maybe some butter, and stir in a tub of coolwhip and put that in the crust, and chill it, then you melt some more chocolate chips with some cream and put that on top. it's deadly. 🙂

my next favorite is coconut custard.

my favorite easy pie is chocolate almond.. you take a ready made graham cracker crust and a tub of coolwhip and one of those jumbo hershey bars with almonds.. thaw the coolwhip, melt the hershey bar, stir 'em together, dump it in the crust, and put it in the freezer. 🙂

my second favorite easy pie is the one that was a staple in the 60's, from cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice in a graham cracker crust with a can of cherry pie filling on top.

this is why I voted "other". 😛
