I like the CVS Muscle Rub...I am not sensitive, but sometimes I am on fire after.

I think it's a Ben Gay recipe.
My physical therapist has a really good one but it's a combination of 6 compound and 2 are prescription only. It's practical for her practice, but for a single person it'd cost about $300 to create (it would last a long time though).
