Its hard to pick one,But I've probably listend to Music from the Elder more than any other one.

This is by definition a concept album. I'm not sure if some of the others qualify.

Ayreon Actual Fantasy (though some may say it isn't a true concept album)

the ayreon cd's are quite grand imho.

Forgot to add Cursive's Domestica, which is a great album about a relationship between two people. I actually prefer it to the better known The Ugly Organ they released a couple of years after.

yea ive seen some of those ive just never heard anyone call it a concept album

yah. there's definitely a theme but it's no concept album.
