Here are the ones that I remember most, and get the songs stuck in my head:

Duck Tales (race cars, lasers, aeroplanes...it's a duck blur)
Gummi Bears (magic and mystery were part of their history...along with the secret of gummi berry jiuce-----bouncin here and there and everywhere)

Love the show, and I thought about it, but the theme itself isn't really that great.

That said, some of the suggestions in this thread didn't even have themes.
