I second that :D. Also I like:

Weezer - Butterfly (very good)
Green Day - Good Riddance
Incubus - Drive

There's others I forgot but it's morning and I should be sleeping.

Most of the Led Zep III album is a fantastic example of folk acoustic. Black Mountain Side from their first album is excellent as well.

I also like Eric Clapton's Tears in Heaven. The gentle chord structure of the song really meshes well with the sensitive lyrics. After all these years it still brings tears to my eyes (mostly from knowing what the song is about).

Personal Fave:

Super Deluxe - Years Ago

But I can't believe i'm only the second person to say Clapton. I could listen to the guitar and piano solos in "Old Love" over and over and over...

Creed has some good acoustic songs too... I dont like their regular non-acoustic as much, but their acoustic stuff is good. (My own prison)
