Black Flag was alright... I have to say I think Super Tramp is alright. Hair band anthems also kick ass, like Twisted Sister stuff and such.

The song that always sticks in my head is Love Bites by Def Leppard. Memories of an old girlfriend :brokenheart: She later died in a car accident. I kept the original cassette of this that she had given me.

The Smiths - The Queen is Dead - I'm sort of so-so on Morrissey, but man its hard not to love this song.
Sonic Youth - Silver Rocket - Teenage Riot might be nicer introduction to Sonic Youth of this period, but this song gives you a better idea of Daydream Nation.
