I don't really like the idea of paying $40 but are these things really as good as Crest claims? How much did they help your teeth if you've tried them? Mine are not that bad but they have definitely yellowed after the last few years, most likely from coffee drinking.

How long will the change last?

Yeah 84 instead of 56 strips for 3 weeks instead of 2. That requires dentist visit - I just read that on the site.

For the cost of the dental visit, you'd be better off getting two boxes of the regular then.

My sister tried them, but used them only or her upper teeth at first to see if they really made a difference. Within a week, there was a huge difference between the top and the bottom. They would be well worth 40 bucks in my mind.

I think they are as good as Crest claims

I used to smoke and so my teeth were stained yellow. The strips got rid of most of the stains. They work pretty well.

The change is supposed to last for six months. :)

The way I brush (it's more like scrubbing, really), I think all my enamel is already gone :(.

even if you start taking better care of your teeth? that stuff is expensive. my teeth arent bad (rarely drink coffee, brush 2 times a day) but show slight signs of staining.. hate to have to rely on this all the time..

I find it hard to believe the fda would approve these if it ruins your teeth. If anyone has a credible source of this info, I'd like to see it. Not to say I automatically discount it, just that I'd love to see a good source of this info before I believe it.

argh...local TV station (Fox 2) did a news article on it. I think they said you were better off spending the money at a dentist than wasting it on these strips, but the newscast was from about 2-3 months ago. Story does not appear to be on station's website.
