Just happened right now to me.

Should I be worried with a sore throat/cough/mild fever or is this totally unrelated.
 
Leave it alone; it'll heal up. (Proving we're talking about a surface bleeding close to the entrance of the ear, not something way down in the canal.)
 
Heh, that reminds me of when I was like 3 or 4. My parents used to clean my ears out...so, well...I thought I would do it..so I picked one up one day..and shoved it into my ear. Damn, it hurt, BAD! I tugged on it and it hurt even more. Well, my mom angled it right and it pulled out easily. I'm lucky I didn't suffer hearing damage.
 
Worse thing that can happen is you die, and look on the bright side it won't hurt ... well at least that is what I tell my self.. I hate doctors!! I should not say hate, I have no ill feeling towards any of them they earn every dollar they make.. and I mean that I would not want that job ever.. my mom died in a hospital and ever since then I will not go in there for nothing... I am sure I will die young but it will be of my own doing...
