there is an interview there as well where they talk code.
also, they say that the game is written with full dx10 support - as per the faq i linked above as well, patches down the road will enable things as the HARDWARE becomes capable to handle it. hence why they say this game is planned to stay top of the line graphic wise for years to come - enabling or enhancing certain things as the machinery is retailed to allow it.
crysis will use the complex shaders allowed as well as"texture lookups in vertex and geometry shader, stream out, and integer math"
"Recently, the developers have finally shown the game in full DirectX 10 glory, which makes a world of a difference after witnessing several DX9 based demos. The visuals are exceptional, to say the least. Everything from improved geometry shaders to top-quality texture filtering, now makes for an incredibly believable in-game ambiance. High dynamic range lighting also seems to have done the trick, with accurate and realistic sunlight effects as well as a range of impressive shadow effects and particle effects."

if they are releasing crysis with full dx10 support, and plan on introducing new features as hardware permits, i fail to see how that is not utilizing dx10 in its fullest possible manner, unlike company of heroes which was mentioned above.
also, some of the most important features of dx10 are performance enhancing features that make dx10 written games perform faster, as Unreal's fella talks bout here (

performance improvements which cerlat has clearly stated they are fully utilizing. it isnt just about eye candy, it is about efficiency. dx10 is not a revolutionary step but it is a solid evolutionary step up. and as hardware can handle it, they will kick it up a notch yes.
