Sounds pretty damn good.

I had homemade beef and broccoli, served over rice.

Had leftovers from an experiment on Sunday. Made a spinach/artichoke/ground lamb lasagna topped with crumbled feta. Turned out to be very tasty but it still needs a few tweaks to take it to the next level.

Anything with a corn tortilla is great. I will the fact that burritos are quite possibly the perfect food.

Cut up a big onion and slowly cooked it in 1/4 stick of butter until it was very caramelized. Sliced up a 14oz NY strip paper thin. Cranked the heat really high on the pan, and quickly fried the steak in about 60 seconds in what was left of the butter's oils. Melted in my mouth.

My grandfather used to make the perfect bbq onion. Wrap an onion with two tablespoons of butter (to taste) with salt and pepper. Grill for about forty five minutes.

Delicious.
