Wizard's First Rule by Terry Goodkind..Sword of Truth series, great book!! I was kind of skeptical because of the title itself but a co-worker finally pursuaded me into reading it. After about 50 pages I couldn't get enough of it! It's also the first book of 8 I think, just starting "Stone of Tears". Highly recommend it!

Also- Mystic River and Sacred both by Dennis Lehane, mystery thrillers, good reads.

Terry Goodkind is a great writer, those books are huge but very very good reading and yes there are 8 of them (there's also a short story about Zedd called the Debt of Bones).

I'm currently reading Tad Williams - Otherland, a series of 4 books of which I'm about 30 pages from the end of the last book.

Just recently read in the last couple of weeks:

Gunpowder by Jack Kelly

Gates of Fire by Steven Pressfield

Gods and Legions by Michael Curtis Ford

I'm going to start re-reading The Dragonbone Chair by Tad Williams to tide me over until I get a chance to hit the library again. Not to mention, the interminable wait for A Feast For Crows continues....

just finished the craft of intelligence, gonna keep going to my 20 other new books, plus i have bourne supremacy and bourne ultimatum on the way

Just read "Bag of Bones" (Stephen King) yesterday.

(Trying to cath up on all the different books I missed to be prepared for The Dark Tower 🙂 )

Currently reading "The Natural" (Bernard Malamud).

Read "Apocalypse Watch" (Robert Ludlum) a few days ago.

Next up is "Morte D' Arthur" (Sir Thomas Malory).

I like reading. 🙂

EDIT:

Another vote for Terry Goodkind. Sword of Truth series is really good (and I'm not much of a fantasy reader).
