Your computer is running low on memory?

Why and how? I have 8GBs of ram and plenty of storage on my computer. With low memory, I can't even play PC games anymore and I haven't any clue how to fix this or why is it happening in the first place? I don't even run much programs either.

When you get the message, check resource monitor and look at the memory tab to see what's consuming the memory. If you have no applications open you should have plenty of free memory.

8gb is plenty, you should roughly 6GB free at windows boot up.

I'd run virus scan, adware, etc check not running mining apps. Or just do a fresh windows install. Make sure you have 64 bit windows

Yea this happens often for those of us on 32bit often!!

Im on Win98se and it happens..... Sometimes I use alot of ram looking @ pics,etc and I get this error.....

I just checked and its enabled... I dont know anything about DRIVE CACHING,what would happen if I disable it?? (Does it not use as much ram??)

I thought that max addressable RAM in Win9x OS was 512 MB

Yea it might be 512 but I only have 64Megs (8 shared with Monitor)

If the page has RC4 enabled on the cert John I can directly goto it.......

If I'm not mistaken, RC4 is weak and being phased out. Especially with the free certificate provider Lets Encrypt. Also, you're gonna have a problem when a website that uses encryption has SNI turned on.

Why don't you use Linux? Can't get anymore secure than that.

Its definitely the pagefile. And Id check other software that you are running in the background, probably one of those has a leak and filling the virtual memory with garbage.

Yes on my Win98se computer here the pagefile name is "Win386.swp" and it can get quite big depending on what I may be doing....
