I get em too. Pressed whatever options there are to get off their list. Doesn't help. They still call home phone, my cell, wife's cell (no pics so shutup 😉)
I'd be really happy if they got sued/arrested/jailed/DIAF

Apparently they got our work prefixes. Everybody is getting calls every few days. Even cell phones and fax machines.

I like to play a game called "deaf before 40" with them.

I push 1 to talk to a live human, then when they pick up I whisper in the phone a bit. They inevitably say "I can barely hear you" and presumably turn their headset up to the highest volume and then I blast this @ 15seconds into the phone for the remainder of the song.

Die in an electric fire? Die in an epic fire? Die in an envelope fold?

anyone else getting the call in spanish saying you'd won something or other, and then there is a bunch of static (supposed to sound like a crowd cheering i guess)?

The next time one of those assholes call when I'm at home, I'm gonna be interested for about 4 minutes, then start playing some porn very loudly in the background...

I put every phone number they call with in my phone under the title "asshole warranty fuckers". Ugh, I hate them people.

We need to start a collection of their phone numbers...

At least they are being proactive about it. If they don't mention it and you forget, your warranty reinstatement will cost more and you will be the bitter end.

I get calls from these people too. For vehicles I no longer own.
You're 1979 AMC Hornet warranty is about to expire, please get a stupidly expensive warranty now with us. For a mere $3000 we will cover anything that breaks, you just pay a $200 co-pay at the time of service.

They don't know or care what car you have. I have a '95 (out of warranty a long time ago) and an '08 (still have 3 years) and they still say it's my final warning. They don't care. Until we get to the bottom of where they're calling from, this won't end.

Someone on another board found this info:

a couple of months ago, i emailed the company and told them I was going to report them to the TX attorney general and to the MA AG..

Hello,

I wanted to inform you that I will be reporting your company to the Texas(where I am located), Massachucetts, and Alabama Attorney General's office to inform them you are spoofing the phone number(251-947-8966) of one Marguerite Kittrell of Foley, Alabama for telemarketing purposes.

And when attempting to return calls to that number, it is always busy making it impossible to opt out of your unwanted solicitations. I'm sure they will be very interested to see the numerous complaints about your deceptive practices littered across the Internet.

Thanks,
Robphelan

here's their response:
Mr. Robphelan:
Thank you for contacting our office regarding your concern.

Royal Administration Services, Inc. is an administrator of automobile "warranties". As such, we do NOT conduct any sales process and thus are not the company that has been contacting you.

Recently, we have received several complaints referenceing this same telephone number, 251-947-8966. We are not now nor never been associated with this telephone number nor do we know who has been using our name in its regard.

I assure you that we are trying to identify the company making these calls and using our name inappropriately. Any additional information you have would be appreciated.

Aagin, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and please accept our apology for any incovenience this may have caused.

That may not do any good because I think they spoof the numbers. I got a call from them a couple times per month last year but the last 4-5 months I've gotten almost nothing thankfully. Anyway when I did get them it was always a different number but a number of times when I googled the number, it came up as some random home number.

There are threads about these numbers with people saying they are reporting these people, but I think innocents are getting reported, heh. I mean I doubt it's all these random people doing this, it's probably a small group or company responsible. I'm just surprised they haven't been stopped yet. It is very widespread.

It's nothing to do with you car you may or may not own, it's probably a scam. When I was getting the calls (on my cell), it was almost always at work on my cell, so I'd be at my desk and quickly google the number and see instantly if it was BS or not by the results. I could do it quick enough to still answer if it was legit.

First thing, say that you are recording the call to seek legal relief, or for purposes of prosecution, etc.
