"Your car warranty is about to expire"

These tools call me every single day and im sick of it. even when i push 1 to talk to a rep and tell them to stop calling they still do.

:|

**Edit i just got two more on my work phones. on my old phone it was just a voicemail with a recording. on my VOIP phone the number was logged as 2345687899.

fricken scammers. i wish i could get my hands on the bastards or find out where their data center is make a midnight visit.

At least they are being proactive about it. If they don't mention it and you forget, your warranty reinstatement will cost more and you will be the bitter end.

I used to get a couple calls from them each week. I think they have mostly stopped after I stopped answering. I don't even own a car :disgust:.

Yeah I've gotten these too since I got my Xterra.

But they've pretty much stopped.

It's funny because I already GOT an extended warranty on the stupid thing anyway.

I got one the other day - on my work line. It's not a published number and I don't think the number even existed before I had it. I assumed they're just wardialing since I drive a 14 year old car.

I'm almost positive that prerecorded phone solicitations are illegal and you can sue the company in small claims court if you have the free time. You might want to look into it.

been getting these on my cell phone lately
im not around to answer them, just hear the aborted message the computer man tries to leave

They will not stop calling us either. We are on the do not call list, have never done business with the company before and talked to several of their managers who assured us they would remove us from their list yet they keep on calling. I have been thinking about taking some other form of pranky(is that a word?) action but can't come up with any cool ideas.

If you're a no call state then just notify your state's attorney general. He'll make them stop.

I got like 10-15 calls from them the past two months. Just today I got a postcard from them.
I never answer the phone and they keep leaving messages.

If you're on the do not call list start documenting the calls. Turn it over to the state attorney. They're breaking all kinds of laws.

I've gotten 3 calls on my cell within the last two weeks from a similar company, wonder if it's the same assholes. :| The number came up as area code 702-something.

I like how they call me all the time.

Bike warranties must be serious business.

If you like it so much, I'll forward my calls to you. Please post your phone number.
