Anyway, apparently duct tape was the real culprit in this adbuction. Without it, the little girl would never have been attached to the chair! It even left a scar upon her and remained attached in several areas. Clearly, we must start a nation wide boycott upon duct tape and petition our congressmen to ban ductape. Once that is gone, everyone will be happy!

hmmm It'd be like the prohibition. No one uses duct tape publicly, but everyone uses it secretly. To get duct tape you have to go talk to the ugly guy on the corner who hooks up the duct tape from his duct tape dealer.
