Is it just me, or is EVERYONE'S damn database down every damn time you try calling?
ARRRRRGGGGG! :|
Just today...
1) Call HP to see about the warranty on an DLT drive
reply: "I'm sorry sir, I can't assign you a tracking number because our system is currently down"
2) Call IBM to RMA a dead drive
reply: "I'm sorry, you'll have to try back in an hour, our database is not working at this time"
3) Call some company to inquire about cable modem access prices
reply :"I'm sorry but the monkey that tells me this information is currently masterbating in a pile of his own feces"
Crickey! It may be the information age, but it doesn't do you any good if you can't access that information. SHeesh!
